Gillette Aluminum Handle Super Speed Razor from 1951

This is a somewhat rare vintage safety razor. Gillette experimented with using aluminum for the handle of this Super Speed model razor. Due to issues with the aluminum binding properly with the rest of the razor, the model was discontinued. While it operates perfectly, we recommend this shaver for display rather than use. This example is very good with some minor signs of use.
