Hula Hoop Monkey Windup Tin Toy from 1950s

This is a vintage windup monkey toy with lithographed tin. It was made by Plaything of Japan in the 1950s. As is, it would be a nice display piece. The spring and mechanism still works, but nothing happens. It could probably be restored, but we haven't looked into it too much.
