Mr Machine Toy Robot by Ideal, about 1977

A workaholic toy inventor, Marvin Glass was so preoccupied that he failed to spend enough time with his wife. During an argument over his work habits, Mrs. Glass shouted..."You are always working, inventing! You are Mr. Machine!" So it was that Mr. Machine, the toy, was born.

This example is the second edition from the 1970's. It has more plastic, and whistles rather than ringing a bell. The clear plastic is slightly yellowed in places. All paint is perfect. Some minor warping of the arms, otherwise it works and looks perfect.
