Coca Cola Chalk Menu Board Metal Sign, from 1960's

Very nice metal chalkboard menu sign from Coke. I can't date this exactly, but I know they were using the "enjoy" phrase in the 1960's, so this should be around there.

As you can see in the photos, this vintage Coca Cola sign is a bit rusty. It would probably benefit from a gentle cleaning too. However, it still looks very cool. The logo section is very clean and clear. Most of the chalkboard section is also in very good condition. The back is pretty rusty, and the edges aren't the greatest, but it has a nice look and would be perfectly usable as a chalkboard.

Let me tell you a funny story. It was passed on to me by the man that had the sign. The holes in the sign come from the back toward the front. That's because it was used as tin on a barn! Apparently, the farmer got several of them cheap enough to turn the plain side out and nail it down. That's why the colors look so great. They've been facing away from the sun all this time.
