Schick/Eversharp Injector Razor Type L1e from 1965

This is an inbteresting example of a type L1 Schick Injector Razor. The L1 was introduced in 1965. A very popular model, the long handle gives great control and balance combined with attractive styling. It uses standard Schick style injector blades you can still purchase today. We call this one an L1e, because it's one of Eversharp's attempts to rebrand the line. Rather than the normal "Schick" stamping, it has the "Eversharp" name and Eagle logo. 

As you can see in the photos, it's very good condition. In the magnification of the camera, I saw a little fading or scuffing of the plastic handle, but the plating on the head is pretty perfect. In your hand, it all looks almost perfect, and will give years of service. Something more than our standard "light clean and sterilize" process would probably make it look even better.
