Shipping & Returns



Unless otherwise stated, all domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed before 2:00PM Eastern on business days will ship that day. Otherwise, the order will ship the next business day. 

International Shipping


We are happy to ship to international customers. However, the system will not calculate the shipping properly. You can contact us for an estimate of the actual shipping. If the charges are accepted, we will issue a Paypal invoice for the correct amount. 



If you're unhappy with an item you receive, you can return it. You need to contact us within 15 days of receipt for a Return Authorization. In most circumstances, you will pay return shipping, but will receive a full refund of your original purchase price and shipping. 


If an item has been damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. They may need to inspect the item and packaging, so please keep everything until the claim is processed. Your purchase price and shipping fees will be refunded as soon as we receive photos of the damage. You won't have to wait for the claim to be processed.
