Lead Soldier - Barclay, Officer With Sword, B27 708, from 1940

This vintage lead soldier was manufactured by Barclay in 1940. They called it "Officer With Sword". It shows an officer with his ceremonial sword leading his men on parade.

As you can see in the photos, he's in very good condition. His sword is intact, and he still has most of his paint. You can see the pride in his square soldiers as he marches along.

Very nice, old lead soldier, ready to display.
