Between 1893 and 1907 the Ohio Tool Company produced block planes under the Scioto Works mark. Very attractive finish. For some reason it has a dowel or other darker wood insert in one end, perhaps for strength? Stamped Scioto Works on other end. About 8 1/2 inches long.
