Hand Made Cloth Doll from about 1920

This is an antique, hand made, cloth doll depicting an upper class Mexican Senorita or Senora. Judging by the types of fabric used and the style of dress, we think she's from about 1920.

Several varieties of knotted lace have been used to make her headscarf and trim out her clothing. She has black velvet hair framing a hand drawn face. She's wearing a red and green skirt with a flower pattern blouse, a yellow petticoat, and leaf pattern pantaloons.

In good condition for the age with some yellowing of the lighter fabrics. There is a bit of a tag or something on the front of her skirt. We're sure it could be removed, but we don't know enough about cloth to do it.
