This antique belt mounted coin changer is an original McGill Paragon Coin Changer. The last patent date issued is from 1921. The top is marked "Mc Gill Made in USA Paragon Changer" and "J L Galef New York Sole Distributor". The back is marked with three patent dates. Mar 14, 1916, May 15, 1917, and Jul 26, 1921. It is made to hold quarters, nickels and dimes. It simply clips on your belt, and you're ready to go!

We haven't had it fully loaded, but it appears to operate perfectly. It has a nice patina, but looks like it would polish up nice if that's your thing. Whether you have a use for it, or just like the cool look, it's a really neat piece.
