Pistol Shaped Tape Measure from 1970s

We've seen novelty lighters similar to this, that were made in the shape of a pistol. However, this is the only time we've seen one made into a tape measure. It's uses the trigger to release the tape after it's been pulled out. 

Made of plastic, faux leather and metal. The triggers is stamped Hong Kong. I believe it was made in the 1970's when it was still under British control. The chome is worn off in spaces, but it kinda just adds to the cool look.
